Our mission

## Software that fits the way you work

We build tailored software, mobile apps for Android and iOS, online stores, and websites, we automate the routine work around them, and we make the content and visual identity that tie it all into one story.

Alongside client work we develop products of our own. Diafa PMS, our hotel management system, and llamanager, which runs AI models on hardware you own, both began in-house, and we run them ourselves.

Our name

## A thread worth handing down

Soulthread is our English rendering of خيط الروح, khit errouh, the name of a traditional jewel. We chose it because it holds what we want our work to be: made with care, and good enough to be handed down from one generation to the next.

The thread runs through everything we make, from the software a business runs on to the identity people recognise it by and the films that tell its story.

## Why a studio, not just a software company

A product is more than its code. It is the app a customer holds, the store that takes the order, the routine that now runs itself, the identity people recognise, and the film that explains it all.

Our team spans programming, design, and filmmaking, so a project can go from idea to launch under one roof, with the product and the story around it held to the same standard of care.

## Four habits we keep on every project

1.  ### Discovery before delivery
    
    We start by understanding the problem, the users, and the legal constraints, then design the smallest thing that solves it well.
    
2.  ### Hosted where you decide
    
    Hosting, storage, and any AI models are planned from the first architecture diagram, on your own premises or with a provider you choose.
    
3.  ### Documented and transferable
    
    What we build for you is yours to run. We hand over documentation, training, and source access as agreed, so you are never locked in, not even to us.
    
4.  ### Honest about trade-offs
    
    Running AI on your own hardware is sometimes slower or costlier than a cloud service. We tell you when, and we show you what you gain in return.
