Privacy by design

## Privacy is decided in the architecture

Most data leaks are designed in: a third-party service added for convenience, logs kept forever, an administrator account everyone shares. We decide where every byte lives, who can read it, and how long it is kept before the first line of code, and we write it down.

The result is an application whose data flows fit on one diagram, so the questions the GDPR asks (what you keep, where, for how long, and who can see it) have short answers. Its source, documentation, and deployment are yours, so you are never locked in, not even to us.
