Overview
Meetings on your own ground
A clinic, a school, a firm, an administration, or a company that sells its time over video meets people on screen every day. Those meetings deserve the same care as the rest of the organization: its own name, its own address, and its own rules about who comes in.
We set up a complete video meeting service at an address of your own, hosted wherever suits you: on your own premises, or with a hosting provider you choose, in your country if you want. It carries your logo, colours, and typefaces throughout, from the page where a participant enters the meeting ID to the screen they see when the call ends, and it speaks the languages your participants speak. People join straight from the browser.
We have built and run one already: Diafa Meet, the meeting service of our hotel system Diafa PMS. Meetings are scheduled in the system the hotel already uses, and participants join with a short meeting ID.

Features
Built around your rules
Your brand throughout
Logo, colours, typefaces, and the product name you choose, carried through every screen of the meeting and every message it shows.
Meetings you control
Each meeting starts at its scheduled time, inside the window you set, for the participants it was booked for.
Hosts and participants
Participants wait in the waiting room until the host arrives, and are let in when they do. Screen sharing can stay with the host until they hand it to one participant, or to everyone in the meeting.
Joined to your system
Meetings are scheduled where you already work: your booking system, your client portal, or a simple admin page we build. Each meeting gets its own link and meeting ID.
Private by design
Meetings run on the service you host, wherever that is, and the pages your participants load talk only to it.
A closing screen of your own
When a call ends, participants land on your page: the meeting's title, a thank you, and, if you want one, a button that leads to the next step.
How it works
From first call to first meeting
Scope
We talk through how you meet: who hosts, who joins, how meetings are booked, and what the service should be called.
Brand
We dress the service in your identity and your languages, and agree on the address it will live at.
Connect
We link scheduling to the system you already use, or build a simple one, and set the rules for who can start a meeting and when.
Launch
We install it where you choose, on your premises or with a hosting provider you pick, test real calls with you, and stay on hand once it is live.
FAQ
Common questions
What is a branded video meeting service?
It is a video conferencing service of your own, at your own address, under your own name and design. Your participants meet you on a page that is clearly yours.
How do participants join?
From a web browser, with the meeting link or the meeting ID you send them.
Where is it hosted?
Wherever suits you: on a server in your own facility, or with a hosting provider of your choice, in your country if you want. Wherever it runs, it is your own installation, with your name and your address.
Can it connect to our booking or client system?
Yes, and that is usually the point. Meetings can be created from the system you already work in, so the meeting, its time, and its participants sit alongside the rest of the record. We did exactly this for Diafa PMS.
What is it built on?
On mature open-source conferencing software, which we configure, brand, and extend for you. You get a proven video engine that can be inspected, with your identity and your rules around it.
How is it priced?
On a quote: a setup price for building and branding it, plus running costs that depend on where it is hosted and how many people meet at once.
