Soulthread Technologies Oy is a software studio based in Espoo, Finland, working with clients in Finland and internationally. We build tailored software, mobile apps for Android and iOS, online stores, and websites, we automate the routine work around them, and we create the content and visual identity that make it all feel like one story. Alongside client work we develop ventures of our own: Diafa PMS, llamanager, and our sister studio Science Stories all began in-house. Our team spans programming, design, and filmmaking, so a project can go from idea to launch under one roof.

Diafa PMS
Diafa PMS is a property management system we built for hotels, guesthouses, and serviced apartments. It keeps reservations, payments across currencies, and guest messaging in one place, and it carries on working even when the connection drops. We built it to feel calm and quick to learn, so a small team can run the day without fighting their tools.
Science Stories
Science Stories is our sister studio, founded by the same team. It helps researchers and institutions tell the story of their work through documentaries, scientific visuals, course material, and short films that turn dense findings into something people can follow and remember, closing the distance between research and its audiences.
llamanager
llamanager is an open tool we build and maintain for running language and image models on your own machine. It manages a shared queue across many users, swaps models in and out without dropping work in progress, and gathers everything behind a single dashboard. It is free to use, and made for anyone who would rather keep their models close to home than send their data elsewhere.

Can you set up an online store with payments?
Yes. We set up complete online stores: products, checkout, electronic payment methods, and delivery options, ready to sell. We can also connect the store to your bookkeeping and marketing so orders flow without manual steps.
Can you automate our social media publishing?
Yes. We build publishing workflows that prepare and post content to your channels on schedule, so a week of posts takes an hour to plan instead of a little every day. We can also produce the content itself.
Do you build mobile apps?
Yes, for both Android and iOS. We design and build the app, the system behind it, and the tools you need to run it.
How does a project start?
